Next earnings to be reported after the bell 10/20/98. I just read the last 10q and this has got to be one of the most negative 10q's I have ever seen. Threats of continued judgements and law suits. One recent one from 7/98 from a company in Canada. 170 million gross profit loss. MMUI product line dropped. R&D development expense rose to 41.5 % of net rev's. Effective tax rate was 85.4%. They conduct a significant portion of their business overseas (mostly Asia), how much, I don't know. They are party to certain legal proceedings.Anti-dumping litigation possible. As of 6/30/98 they had 6.3 million in cash, although expected to meet working capital for the foreseeable future. Class action suit filed against Reddy in 96, judge ruled in favor of plaintiff on all counts except one. Patent suits pending. Where are we headed here? I didn't see one positive note in the entire 10q. God help us all. Any replies email me at caaron@de.ittind.com. I hope we all make big money with this one but it's certainly RISKY.
