DGIV's securities lawyer had a problem with how DGIV moved from DIV-N to DGIV. I don't know the exact nature of the conflict, but the lawyers apparently want to see some numbers on DIV-N. Don't know how long to rectify, but I would think would be done within the next 3-4 weeks. Mark
