Buy vs Sell signals..

There were more buy than sell signals yesterday. Looking at the NYSE BP it did improve some from last week and certainly hasn't given up any ground (as of 9/21). Same would be true for the Optional bullish percent and the OTC (all as of 9/21).

DJIA had a low of 7750 on its chart and if it reversed up from here (7900) it would be a much higher bottom than previously. Chart is on a DT buy.
NASD had a low of 1620 on its chart yesterday and if it reversed up from here (1650), would also be a much higher bottom. Chart is on a DT buy.
SPX had a low of 995 on its chart yesterday and it too would have a much higher bottom if it reversed back up (1010) from here. Chart on a DT buy.

All three look quite strong.
