John,but which crooks? It would go from party in power to against party in power. Well its a good way of funding the new branch of government,at least our taxes would not go to it. And its a good way to ensure that whatever party is on power gets dethroned before their term is up. A great way to make 4 year elections last for only 2 years. Hiram
