Isn't that the truth. It's under five bucks. This is simply what happens in this top-heavy and nervous market. People don't need to wait for the "big" crash. Just look at how individual companies get slaughtered now when they pre-announce. Heaven forbid something worse arises. Look at P-Com and Ciena, both down almost ninety percent in two months.

Thanks for the level 2 info. So, for the moment, there's no stampede to get out. I think you're right about now being the time to accumulate NCES. NOV I wouldn't touch, however.
