Oh I'm aware of that CS, Just a little BUYING on the start of the day. However it appears to have been the SAME Buyer looking at Chuck's run down of trades.. I doubt very much that 3 different buyers came in that close together. Sort of throws a clod in the Reg D holder's churn and he better do all he can while time is on his side because once the either party back-out time is over then this Reg D holder's shares will be BOUND. THEN things could get VERY INTERESTING!!!!;^) Regards, Malcolm
