You mean Celeron is capping Intel capacity of making PII and Xeon. One thing you failed to understand is that Intel CANNOT KILL AMD. Even if Intel comes out with a CeleronA 512K integrated cache for $100, OEMs would still buy AMD. AMD is necessary to keep competition alive and to tame the 800lbs Intel gorilla.
