Exigent Executives Retire MELBOURNE, Fla., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Officials of Exigent International, Inc. (Chicago Stock Exchange: XNT; OTC Bulletin Board: XGNT) today announced the retirement of several long-term executives.
Principal stockholders Rudiger (Rudi) Lichti and Dan Stark have recently left the company for a well-earned retirement after two decades with the firm. Their services in the earliest days of Exigent subsidiary STI provided an essential springboard for the success of the Company.
Each of these men has contributed extensive managerial and administrative effort as well as engineering skills: In the early years of operation, Mr. Stark served as President of STI, and remains a member of the Exigent Board of Directors; Mr. Lichti served as an officer and Director in the STI organization.
Mr. Stark and Mr. Lichti join another Founder in retirement -- Mr. Dean Boley who served as Chairman of the Board and President of STI for several years before the formation of Exigent. All three men are trading their Exigent stock in planning for their futures.
