Look -they buy 15 or so Cos a year, some not so small. Pay with bloated stock and options. Then write them down as "one time charges". Stock gets sold, options are exercised and sold too. They get some cash for options exercise, tax deduction for writeoff, and some of the bot Cos. produce revenues and earnings on no apparent cost. Employees work for options - more employees, more cash income, no salary expense.

Except, the suckers who buy all that new stock and keep it up pay the real cash ...
