Flicker,

At the open, UPMO was at .56 and DOWNMO opened at .85. Please keep in mind that the opening readings for MOMO can be skewed a bit.

EDIT: DOWNMO is getting a bit stronger. Best way to illustrate is that the TICK was up slightly around 25 and the DOW was down 40. Right now the TICK is up around 50 and the DOW down 55.
