Look for the government to approve this one...This is a good deal of competition for commercial satellites, so I don't think there is much of a monopoly issue here. Also, the LMT/NOC deal was supposed to reduce competition for critical national defense...that is not much of an issue here either. So I look for the government to approve this one for those reasons and also to throw LMT a bone after a big slap in the face last time. It will probably take awhile for CQ to really contribute to LMT earnings growth, but the potential is definitely there if it is done properly. I think it adds a pretty exciting element of growth to LMT which might be rewarded by investors with a higher P/E if the market ever starts running again. I'm back in and waiting...GO LMT !!!!
