As a non engineer - to put it mildly - curious where CDMA IS - 99 fits in. Is this the separate data protocol that the Q super tech wiz talked about when he said that the best for transmission of data would be a separate system rather than that designed primarily for voice CDMA ONE (IS - 95 ?)? Puzzled. This note says that the QPD 2700 phone is used.for IS - 99 and assume that is in addition to IS -95. Or is the reference to IS -99 simply a typo? Chaz
