Putting the most recent PR into everyday language:
Digitcom announced today that it is experiencing delays in the filing of the Form 10-SB referenced in its April 2, and September 3, 1998 press releases... Digitcom is having unanticipated delays in their filing of the 10-SB form required to be listed on a major stock exchange. This is not an unusual occurrence by any means. Think about how much information about the company that is needed to accomplish this task.
...and cannot predict, at this time, when the Form will be filed. We aren't going to make a filing deadline. When it happens, it happens. Thank you Digitcom management and lawyers for not making a prediction date. There could be other delays. Plus, the surprise of an SEC filing could bring a really exciting trading day.
Any filing by Digitcom for listing on the NASDAQ market system will be delayed until the Form 10-SB has been filed and declared effective by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. In addition, Digitcom makes no assurance that it will be able to meet the financial and other requirements established by NASDAQ for listing on the NASDAQ market system. We won't be on Nasdaq until the 10-SB is filed, correct, and approved by the SEC. However, even if the 10-SB is filed, correct, and approved, there is no guarantee that we'll be trading on Nasdaq. Many people have been equating that SB10 = Nasdaq. This is not true. However, if and when we do get our stock trading on Nasdaq, watch out world, we're going to the moon!!!! (ok so I added that last part)
