Ned, just lifted it from the August 4th press release regarding tentative settlement in Danille case. As for Araldica getting a life, I think we're going through a coming of age event here, just don't know if it's grapes rotting on the vine or wine aging gracefully. In some cases "no news is good news", here, no news is to be expected. It may be a good time to start watching trading closely, seems to be a large number of shares change hands just before each announcement. If we see a flurry of buying towards month end it may signal closure on the Danielle deal. Who knows? JOE
