Harry - I have generally avoided the tech stocks, but that is just my personal preference. I have mutual funds that own the likes of intel, microsoft, ibm, etc. My current drips are Abbott, American Water Works, Anheuser-Busch, Diebold, KMart, Newell, and Wachovia. I have averaged 30% plus returns annually for the past three years with these (started KM 11/95). More of a growth & income portfolio, but I still easily outperform most mutual funds.

Aside from MO, I am looking to add an oil stock (probably Mobil), another utility (probably Enova), and another health care (looking at Meridian Diagnostics). I will probably add a few more in addition. Take care.
