3 Million will help big time. The burn rate has been reduced and Erickson is smart enough to keep his modest resources and time on EB without alienating specific (old) customers. The trick here,obviously, is to get a nice "kick in the ass" EB customer ot two. That would set the tone for ALTS going forward. If I were Roger -- I would simply spend money as follows (very general): 25% on R&D and Proiduct Support (of which 80% on EB.) 25% on Marketing & Promo (of which 100% on EB.) 25% on Fixed Operational/Minimal Discretionary Overhead 25% on Debt Service/Consolidation For what this is worth. -JH
