Does Datek ever give late confirmations ? Today I went to buy abte. I saw my order go through on t&s about 1 minute later. But no confirmation came - the stock went down - I knew I had bought it - but since waterhouse had no confirmation for me I could not sell it !! Even though I entered a cancel order 5 minutes after the original order I got a confirmation 3 hours later that I had bought it and was now down. DOES THIS TYPE OF LATE REPORTING EVER HAPPEN WITH DATEK ? As a day trader,late confirmations are MUCH worse than unfilled orders - Gordon
