STEPHEN / Spire Energy Spire Energy is one of those "bubble" companies I decided to retain until I received some information from the company. As you are probably aware, they put up a For Sale sign back in April. Between then and now, no offers were put on the table that satisfied their objectives. The company attributed lack of a deal due to the poor oil price scenario. That's hard to swallow. It would appear to me that companies with any cash or financial support would be interested in acquiring a 100% natural gas producer. Anyways, I'm giving the company an opportunity to respond to some questions I presented and I will react as I see it after learning the answers. I will retrieve the request and send you a copy. This will give you an idea of my concerns.
