These are dramatic times. <g> I rather had the impression that you wouldn't make such a giant leap quickly, but the dissolution of the Supreme Court is a goal of a number of people who feel their views have been given short shrift. Jefferson took great exception with the Marshall Court, and was persuaded, party by Madison, to temper his opinion. As with the other two branches, it never pays to take one's eye off of it for too long.
