ESS Technology Appoints Dale R. Lindly as Chief
Financial Officer
FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ESS Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESST - news) today announced that Dale R. Lindly
has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Lindly, 39, was formerly Vice President and Corporate Controller at S3 Incorporated. Prior to joining S3, Mr. Lindly held executive
positions as Vice President-Finance and CFO of Echelle, Inc. from 1995 to 1997, Director of Finance at Adaptec, Inc. from 1990
to 1995 and Vice President-Finance and CFO of International Microcircuits, Inc. from 1986 to 1990. Lindly is a graduate of San
Jose State University.
