Lee:

I have been speaking to Dining over the last few months, and the focus (at least in my mind) has begun to shift. I cannot comment whether this is good news or bad, but we can only watch it play out.

I understand the sludge testing in Washington state has begun. While Dining states huge potential, we have to see if the machine can handle the sludge and adequately remove moisture. Dining had stated there are a few large sludge processors who would like to purchase the machine now, but FASC is waiting for the EPA blessing. I do not understand why they would wait, but...

The university in the UK is supposed to solve the heat and speed problems for rubber, which has much potential. The Wood chips processing continues, with the suggestion the customer may want more machines.

So with all these things in process, I do believe we need to sit back and hope for the best.

The new user could be interested in the company, but I see most of the potential revenue from non-farm applications.

Good luck. Please let us know if you have any future discussions with Ed.
