Program Airs on Traditional Radio in Local Markets September 21 through 27

09/21/98 -- DENVER, CO -- Westwind Educational Broadcasting announced today that
in-studio featured guest Chuck Pettis, author of "TechnoBrands: How to Create & Use
Brand Identity to Market, Advertise & Sell Technology Products," will discuss branding
products and services online on the next edition of "The Cyber Media Show with Kim
Bayne." Program 43 (Cyber Branding) airs on non-commercial and public radio station
affiliates in local markets from September 21 through 27. For rebroadcast on demand,
the program will be archived in streaming audio at www.cybermedia.org.

In this week's opening monologue, Host Kim Bayne comments that building Web site
traffic on "the heels of a sleazy marketing campaign" doesn't do much to build a
reputable online identity. In Featured Guest segments, Kim and Chuck define brand
identity, discuss the benefits of creating or building a brand on the Web, reveal the key

"The Cyber Media Show with Kim Bayne" is a weekly one-hour program dedicated to
educating new and seasoned users on how to use the Internet more effectively for
personal and business applications. The program features guest experts, industry
news, Web tips, and Web site, product and technology highlights. Host Kim Bayne
interviews industry experts about all aspects of the Internet, from daily use to Internet
marketing strategies and tactics. Past programs include children on the Net, Web

security, ethics and profits, and real time news delivery.

DISTRIBUTION AND AVAILABILITY

Debuting on December 1, 1997, the program reaches over two million listeners per
week in 30 markets. "The Cyber Media Show with Kim Bayne" is syndicated
internationally, airing on traditional broadcast radio in several major US cities, including
New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, Cincinnati, and Los Angeles, and broadcasting
on one transmitter and three signal translators in New Zealand on the 92 FM Network.
Additional affiliates are added on an ongoing basis.

Radio station program directors interested in reviewing "The Cyber Media Show with
Kim Bayne" off-air for incorporation into their local program schedules may access the
program through the Galaxy 3 (right) satellite, Transponder 15C. The feed airs on
channel 74.6 and is monaural. "The Cyber Media Show with Kim Bayne" broadcasts
each Friday at 11:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 PM Mountain, 1:00 PM Central, 2:00 PM
Eastern). The program is free to most stations, but each station must license the feed
before air. Spaces are provided to stations for local sponsorship spots. Station
promotional support is provided through a variety of print, broadcast and online media.
