I don't understand the restriction either. Page#4 says the companies will immediately strive for trading status. But if our shares are restricted, what will trade? A lot can happen to the price/value while our hands are tied in the restriction. My best guess (which is not based on anything but suspicion), is a 2 year restriction. The letter sounded good, positive, but there's an undercurrent to this thing, and it could sweep us all away. DuGen
