OR - could it be that they know they will be bought out, soon and they are making their shares cheap! Knowing full well that once they are bought then the value will increase plus the process of being listed will be of no avail! Beside, haven't you heard that you should buy on bad news and sell on good news. It works every time! Does Bad mean BAD? THANKING OUT LOUD! BAD
