CIEN>Rumours that the stock is in play again reorts Charles Payne of Wall St. Strategies.. I'm still long from $11.00 yesterday (post 987). I'm looking at an 8 day chart that shows me a gap between $14 and $16. I'm looking for it to fill that gap tomorrow morning. I'm gambling I'll get $16.50 by 10 am tomorrow.
