wrt 3... low volume is due to the fact that there is an extremely low outstanding. (~400K shares) much of which is tightly held. Each 4,000 shares traded is 1% of the company, so the sporadic trading isn't much of a concern (IMHO). No idea on the spreads, but high volume stocks seem to have tighter spreads than low volume ones. wrt 2... I believe KAA said that they will IPO to the BB, but I'm not sure. $1 initial price isn't sufficient for a NASDAQ listing. -Tony
