I still believe in the company and I'm sure that down the road DGIV will be a great company. I had a long conversation with Jimmy yesterday. It seems like his at the mercy of the SEC, MM's, as well as the shareholders. I believed that he's a visionary and given a chance to do the things he wants for this company and what he had accomplished so far, I'm absolutely positive that he can do the job. The question is...we as an investor, should asked ourselves whether we're in it for a short term or long term. If you're looking at it for a short - I can assure you, you will be disappointed. But, if you're in it for a long term I can almost guarantee that you will be rewarded (IMHO). Take this for whatever its worth.the Egyptian deal alone will keep this company on a positive revenue for years to come. Not to mention Germany, Russia, Indonesia, Korea, South America, so on and so forth. Because of the SEC regulations, he is restricted on what he can say or can not say. The Germany deal is also HUGE. Smart investors lurking around know this as well as big institutions.
For most, SB-10 is a must. I totally agree. This will give us credibility in the eyes of institutions as well as potential investor. But there are also other ways to get us out of the BB underworld. It is in my humble opinion that offers have come up from big company to buy as out. But it is my strong belief that Mr. Chin does not want to settle at this time. He wants to see this company to its fruition. Somewhere down the road, we as an investor would be asked to vote on which direction we want to go. What I meant by this is, we will be asked to vote whether we would okay a buyout or continue our course in building a world class IP/LD Telephone Company. A more than likely scenario also is to merge with another company. I have every indications that this is more than likely to happen in the very near future. And that is why DGIV must play its card right. DGIV must insure that once they file it will be accepted and not rejected. They must iron things out and do this the right way on their first try.
Having said all this, I suggest to those of you who have been here long and have done your DUE DILLIGENCE to read all the press releases and newsletters again. Read the info thread and all the important discussions this thread has produced. And to those of you who have not done their DD.now is the better time to take a hard look at this company. The next 4 months will be an exciting months for DGIV. Better than what we've seen so far. Mr. Jimmy Chin is a very astute individual and he will do everything legally possible to take us to the next level. You can bet on that.
In closing, I would like to say..to the bashers and naysayers..you can say anything you want, twist the truth and whatever you can think of. I am an individual investor who have done my own due diligence and nothing you can say or do will ever changed my mind. I am comfortable with my decision and I've decided that the rewards far outweighs the risk. I will continue to hold my position until such time I am proven otherwise or unforeseen changes is my personal financial status arise.

P.S.
This will be my last post for now. I made a commitment not to watch the day to day price movement as well as the daily post on this thread and I intend to do that. Good luck to all of us.
(Hope, this post is not intended at you...so excuse me for posting under your name) |
