Len

it doesn't automatically mean that there is some kind of
quid pro quo going on, but it makes me suspect.

I wouldn't be surprised if something was going on, on some level or other. I'm constantly looking for reaffirmations of hardware recommendations/ reviews/ suggestions from as many sources as I can come up with. Kinda the concensus theory of selection.

Although Anands mention of the Mushkin PC 100 as superior because of its PCB is qualified at the end of anandtech.com as not all that consequential since any of the modules in the comparison would be fine on a BX mb.
He also mentioned in the.. about the test..part, something that I would like to get an opinion here about. That a most perfectly harmonious system in terms of stability, with which to test these rams includes the PCI Millenium II rather than the AGP G200. Is it the consensus here that PCI video lends more stability to the system than AGP?

Sorry I didn't have more of an opinion, Len, about what Anand may or maynot do to float his boat. I guess we have to put the possiblility of that into our equations of hardware selection procedure.
