G: I agree completely with your assessment..she remains stalled at the launching pad until some definitive word, re: settlement arrives...when this will occur, the market hasn't a clue and so we wait..or at least that is what it seems to me...I'm wondering if a breakout does occur before any settlement resolution is made publically known- how to play this..false breakout or someone knows something we don't know yet! Many will try to increase the position once a new high is reached, will it be a true or false breakout??
