The sources for my analysis of ModaCad. An article by Herb Greenburg in TheStreet.Com. Research in the RedChip Review. Articles in The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily and another magazine I can't remember. ModaCad press releases. ModaCad 1997 annual report. Visit to ModaCad web site. Visit to Gap web site. Past 2 years of 10Ks and 10Qs. Phone conversation with management. My own prior experience in consulting, technology and venture capital. Wish I lived closer or had a good reason to go to LA. It is always better to have visited the company. I am currently not short, as I am hoping for a bounce. However, the stock seems really heavy right now. Maybe I will get a chance later in the year. Regards, Archer
