I saw the same news. Here is the news.

"NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Midcom Communications Inc.'s (MCCI) shares rose 9% as CNBC
financial correspondent Dan Dorfman reported that the Seattle telecommunications concern might
be a potential takeover target.

Dorfman named Worldcom Inc. (WCOM), a Jackson, Miss., long-distance carrier, as a potential
buyer. Dorfman said Worldcom officials declined comment.

Dorfman reported that if there is a deal, the price could be in the range of $12 to $14 a share.

Scott Sullivan, Worldcom's chief financial officer, told Dow Jones that it is company policy not to
comment on potential acquisitions.
