I'm not so sure that LRDR and Pall will amalgamate. I've discussed this with management with total disapproval. I'm sorry some investers got stuck with LRDR paper over the years, however I provided seed capital to PALL because this is a clean company with a number of interesting Timmins properties that require a closer look at.

Any futher talk of amalgamation of the two companies will send me running with my money in hand and my options thrown out the window. You see I disagree with Bonnhomme using PALL as a vehicle to cash in his LRDR shares.

I my opinion, this stock has way too much bad history, a management team that loves to print paper and I'm not sure they can or will raise capital now at these prices.

Sorry for being so down on this stock, but I've played this kind before and end up waiting for eternity before any good happens and when it does happen, there is too much paper hitting the street.
