I thought it might be a good idea to post the Full board and management staff of LAJD, since we are growing with this new Merger..

LAJD Management

Don Brucker is the Company's C.E.O. and is also responsible for business development, marketing and FDA regulatory affairs. He has been the executive manager for several successful businesses, and is the founder of Continuous Curve Contact Lenses, Inc. which became the world's second largest manufacturer of contact lens products largely because of Brucker's success in introducing a series of FDA approved lenses more efficiently than competition, and his innovative concepts in marketing new products. For several years Brucker's Hydrocurve series of soft contact lenses and solutions had more FDA clearances than the rest of the industry combined. After administrating a public offering of Continuous Curve in 1977, Brucker arranged for its sale to Revlon in 1981 for a value in excess of $100 million. Brucker became president of Revlon Vision Care with responsibility for all ophthalmic pharmaceutical products. Brucker was CEO of Immunetech Pharmaceuticals (later Dura Pharmaceuticals) during the period when several new drug applications (NDAs) were successfully initiated, and then served as a consultant for health care and medical device companies, with projects including the successful FDA submission for a new immunofluorescent diagnostic test for the screening for HIV antibody.

He will also be responsible for all clinical trials of all diagnostic assays. Dr. O'Connor is Chief of the Department of Asthma, Allergy and Clinical Immunology for Sharp Rees-Stealy at San Diego, California, and as the Director of the Department of Clinical Research, he has supervised more than 150 pharmaceutical clinical trials. Dr. O'Connor is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at UCSD School of Medicine and has published nearly one hundred articles in the field of Immunology and Allergy. He is the former Laboratory Director of the Immunology and Allergy Laboratory for the Department of Pediatrics at UCSD.

G. Bruce Whitfield, J.D., and Stephen C. Roberts, M.D., both previously of ATS, are joining La Jolla's management on a full time basis, and are to be added to the Company's Board of Directors.

Dr. Stephen C. Roberts was formerly a principal of Maven Securities, Inc. and of Talon Associates, a consulting firm specializing in market evaluation and planning of medical device companies. Dr. Roberts received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and currently serves on the boards of Sojourn Adult Day Care Centers and Maven Holdings.
