Lee: I use DBC's internet service. I called up after several problems. The customer service rep I got over the phone told me if I did not like the service take my business elsewhere...

I asked to speak to the super, of course he was busy and never got back to me.

I have a service in mind, am waiting for it to come on line. Who knows if it will be any better. But I will be trying other sources until I find one I can use. DBC will eventually loose my business permanently!
