Just talked to Ken at Aeti and he indicated that SKB never came up with the funds and that the company has already started the dismissal process. I take this as extremely positive and look for an announcement in the next few days (this is just my guess). I am encouraged by the volume and price action today and finally think we have put the negatives behind us.
