Spencer felt that there was some potential conflicts of business interests taking place, it was nothing unfriendly or nasty, he pointed this out voluntarily to keep everything on an even keel. Craig Treiber is the Treasurer and Secretary now. There is a seat open, I am not sure if we will fill it or not... since we are trying to get a share holder meeting and proxy vote put together and let the share holders choose who they want on the BoD KAA
