Tom, all of those positives are technical indicators and they never seem to work as well for very low priced individual stocks. I hope you're right but I know the stock price is where it is for very good fundamental reasons both in the industry and the company. The institutional investors certainly have been extremely bearish (and right) but I'm not so sure that there is extreme negative sentiment by retail investors, hope is still there as witness this thread for the most part.
