Hi Bill;
This is an interesting press release from CopperHill. I have been following the company with keen interest, in particular their
Copper Pond Project. The news released yesterday corresponds closely to what I anticipated. The Nfld. Dept. of Mines
records show that Brinex in the early 1960's owned a large concession which bordered on what is now the western boundary
of CopperHill's Copper Pond Discovery. A Brinex geophysical survey of several thousand line kilometers found an anomaly on
their eastern border. This leads me to conclude that what Brinex discovered was a small fraction of what CopperHill looks to
have discovered on their Copper Pond property.

Further research shows that the metamorphic belt which hosts this showing is similar to the Thompson Mine in Manitoba- a
model quite different from the Voisey's Bay model. The massive sulphide sequence is now 1500 meters(10-15 times as large as
the original discovery gossan of 150 m....(1995).
The news release shows that CopperHill has been quietly working this property since 1995, and since then ahve done extensive
exploration..i.e.airborne and ground geophysical surveys, rock and geochemical sampling and additional prospecting and
mapping. It should be interesting to see the forthcoming assay results from channel samples.

This may indeed wake up the Labrador situation after all.

During my recent discussions with the company, I have learned that we can expect to see exploration results from its other
properties in the near future...Turk"s Gut, Tim's Cove, Grey River, Diamond Properties in N.W.T. and Northern Labrador etc..

A company that puts it's money into the ground during current market conditions has to be very confident of the merits of it's
properties. The recent Copper Pond news release appears to have validated the Company's belief and faith in the prospectivity
of this project.

We shall see!

Len
