I was under the impression it was a much more than $10MM. That's not much for a software company being gobbled up (remember what we paid for Visigenic?!), especially one that was thinking about an IPO. The deal was important enough for an analyst to ask Del about it during the CC. If they were only talking about 750k, I'm not sure it would have even been mentioned. I guess we'll see in a month or so.
