I'm guessing the chip you are referring to for $99 bucks is a desktop chip. It seems to me that the price disparity is much greater in the laptop arena in this particular case. If AMD ships this in quantity, and CPQ sells it, don't you think it's a good bet that Intel will be dropping prices on it's 300mhz laptop chip fairly quickly??? John
