I would really like it if the current decline of the stock price would continue since I decided that my portfolio could use a little more Amati stock. Currently I have 12% in Amati. I do not intend to sell any of my shares below $30 therefore low stock prices in the near term do not bother me much. In the last weeks I have mainly bought biotech stocks and keep continuing to buy Ligand Pharma. The major problem is finding stocks which I would want to sell. This year in most of the times when I decided to sell something to buy something else the original stock did better.
My major concern with Amati was that the big boys (Alcatel, Ascend, US Robotics) would get almost all of the action. But the current reporting seems to indicate that Amati is in a much stronger competitive position than I expected.

Thank you very much for reposting Pats AOL messages.
