"You can see and hear everything, right?" statements to Betty Currie in an effort to "refresh his memory" by stating falsehoods? You see the President knew he touched her, he knew they were alone in his study and Oval office, he knew that Lewinsky was at the WH at times when Betty Currie was not there. He obviously knew she could not see and hear everything (does that include his "inappropriate contact with Lewinsky?). Is Betty Currie a liar?
