OneWorld Systems and Ingram Micro Announce U.S. Distribution
Agreement
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 1998--OneWorld
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OWLD) today announced that it has signed a
distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM), the world's
leading wholesale distributor of technology products and services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will distribute OneWorld
Systems' OneWorld 5000 communications server product family in the
United States.

(SMB) market, and OneWorld Systems' reputation for designing powerful,
technically sophisticated and easy-to-use products, Ingram Micro resellers
can offer small and medium offices a family of solutions to connect them to
the Internet, send faxes from their desktop computer and dial in from the
