you guys are missing the point. this has little to do with DGIV and more to do with stock manipulation. to the best of my knowledge, DGIV is the same company it was when i discovered it many months ago. it only is unable to meet deadlines- that is all. as for being legit- i have no reason to think that it is not. but, realize one thing. MTEI is out of business. INFE stated they were going to buy more shares at $4...what a joke. and DGIV came out with the filing news and share buy-back also. these are tricks that demonstrate that these companies will things they should not to boost stock price. is it illegal...probbaly not. is it in the best interest of shareholder's? some large companies do the same, so who know. once again, my beef is with one individual that my peers are ready to pursue based on my great advice. as for INFE and DGIV, i have no reason to believe that they are not legit....but they are awefully stupid and poorly managed
