Gary - half the fun is trying to keep up with you guys! I appreciate the objective concerns, too. We need a sounding board that doesn't just agree with all of our enthusiasm. The future is indeed, NT. Guess how many computers we're going to have in our homes? I say Several. One machine for everything is not only foolish from a reliability standpoint, but like many tools we have around, you sure hate to just throw a perfectly workable machine away. Most new homes are being wired. NT is the next logical consumer step after W98. Like I mentioned to someone on the MSFT thread, I need a computer that will get rid of all the damn remotes in the entertainment center. And I want one to handle voice mail. And I want one to play games on, and I want one to . . . and so on. Mr. K.
