The stock detective link says the following: The OTC Bulletin Board is a regulated quotation service provided by The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. which displays real-time quotes and last-sale prices for nearly 6,000 companies. If you look at releases for BB companies, you will see that they reference NASDAQ Bulletin Board or NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board. David
