one cannot blow a case. either certain people acted in accordance with the law or not. reagrdless of any posts i make, the SEC has records of all trades to view trading before public notices go out. the reason for making this public is to share information so we can be better educated investors, look for signs from the company and make better decisions. after i halted my trading, i did manage to keep SGNC. it is the only stock that files with the SEC. i take great comfort in that and i have never questioned if they exist i remember when people wrote that they had spoken to the people at MTEI. it was written that they are an older group of very experienced men with deep pockets. the fact is the net and phone are great ways to deceive people. this is my main point.
