Lucky, I'm afraid you are correct. Think about it -- if anyone knew that the 97 earnings would be great, and that they would be released anytime soon, it would be Michael Sukey, the former CFO.

So now that he is free from their employment, and no longer an insider... Sukey would be pouring his life savings into FAMH stock. IF the earnings were as great as advertised, of course. I'm sure he would be telling his friends to do the same. What great revenge on the company it would be -- making tons of money off it. Arif wouldn't make any more or less money... the stock would react to the news eventually.

That doesn't appear to be happening, though.

P.S. Has anyone wondered if Arif may have paid himself some huge "bonuses" from the proceeds of the millions of shares dumped into the open market? Pocketing a few million dollars while keeping over half the stock? Then if the stock turns out to be worthless, he's still way ahead... of course these bonuses would have to be listed in the financials... gee, a shame they keep getting pushed back.

Of course, if he were really smart, he would wait till 1998 to give himself that money.
