Thank you. Your numbers look a little more realistic. The first claim was 50X in twenty years ( derived from the stated tax bill), then it dropped to greater than 10X in twenty years. It sounded to me like the numbers were being pulled out of a hat. You show no numbers for twenty years. What was the selling price in 1978? It makes a difference as the appreciation rates varied significantly. Five years can make a big difference..up or down. I think you will find it is significantly less than 10X since 1978.
