didnt get a chance to listen in on conference call yet there cetainly has been a lot of intriguing news: financing came through for convertible issues, CEO made formal request for reverse split to maintain nasdaq listing at 1, and hiring of new CFO who took SEER up to excellent standing in software field and has prior backgound inlcuding VP at Oracle. ironically on the various positive developments stock has crept up to the 1 range making the reverse split possibly unneeded; this company has outstanding products and in my view simply has needed more savvy and well connected leadership. will see what follows. this board has been mighty quiet in light of events.
